The Compressor AM D14 12,5 400 50 XVS XBDK AD is equipped with the reliable and efficient C55* airend, that guarantees a long lifetime and optimal performances. The direct coupling between the motor and the screw element allows to achieve the best efficiency. The construction and the soundproofing internal insulation are delivering really low noise. The variable speed drive represents the perfect solution for the applications where there is a fluctuating air demand: the compressor is adapting the element rotation speed, so that the compressed air delivered is limited to the quantity consumed by the utilities connected to the air network and this not only guarantees a significant increase in the efficiency, but also a reduction of mechanical stress on the components.

The graphic controller allows to keep under control the running hours at the different speeds. 2 different pressure bands can be defined and used in different moment of the day or of the week, thanks to the weekly timer. It is possible to start the unit remotely via digital contacts and to visualize the compressor remotely via Ethernet connection. The interface is particularly user-friendly and the operator can intervene easily and rapidly. Units are equipped with ICONS as a standard, so the main operating parameters can be visualized remotely through the dedicated website. The controller can be connected to a gateway that allows to visualize and control the unit via Modbus or Profibus Warnings for service and failures are present and it is possible to restart the unit automatically after voltage failure.

The compressor is installed on air receiver, avoiding the need to connect it to an external one.

This version is equipped with an integrated dryer, delivering a higher air quality at the outlet.
